Controls & PID Tuning Basics by FLANDERS

The ISU-ISA club is pleased to offer this technical training course provided by Mike Glass.
- Upon training course completion, participants will:
- Be able to analyze, problem solve, and troubleshoot analog control loops.
- Understand Process Control and Loop Tuning—it’s not really voodoo!
- Recognize common mistakes, problems, potential hazards and challenges of loop tuning.
- Possess the knowledge necessary to tune basic control loops and form a foundation to begin learning to work on more complex control loops.
The four-hour technical training will be offered from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the upper level of the Pond Student Union Building.
Cost for the technical training: $100.00 per person
(Class size is limited to the first 25 participants.)
