Giving and Receiving Feedback
In this two-hour session, Dr. Alex Bolinger, Interim Dean and Professor of Management at Idaho State University, will walk participants through two of the hardest management skills - delivering feedback in a helpful way and leveraging feedback provided by others. This session will include a discussion of frameworks for thinking about feedback and concrete practice with feedback skills. Conjunction with ISU College of business.
Project Management Foundation Course

In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of project management, leadership, cost estimating, planning, and communication. This Training can also be used for the CAPM exam qualifications.
