In this two-hour session, Dr. Alex Bolinger, Interim Dean and Professor of Management at Idaho State University, will walk participants through two of the hardest management skills - delivering feedback in a helpful way and leveraging feedback provided by others. This session will include a discussion
of frameworks for thinking about feedback and concrete practice with feedback skills. Conjunction with ISU College of business.
