Slips, Trips, and Falls - The Basics (6124-01) This class covers the basics of preventing slips, trips, and falls - some of the most frequently-reported injuries in the workplace. Also covered are the definition of a slip, a trip, and a fall, the potential injuries that can result for a slip, trip, and/fall, and what needs to be done for protection in the workplace. Slips (6124-03 & 04) This class covers the basics of preventing slip accidents in the workplace. In addition to that, the definition of a slip, the environmental conditions increasing risk of slips, and what can be done to prevent slipping are also covered. This presentation is available in English and Spanish -A Spanish Transcript is available here Trips (6124-05 & 06) This class covers the basic OSHA safety guidelines involving trips in construction and other related industries. The class includes the definition of a trip, an in-depth overview of the hazards that are likely to lead to tripping, environmental conditions that increase the risk of trips, and what can be done to help eliminate trips and trip hazards on the job.
