Allen Perkins has been retired from the Site since 2001 after first coming to Idaho in 1963 with the Navy.

He enjoys outdoors activities like biking, traveling, gardening, and long motorcycle rides. He has lived in Pocatello, Blackfoot, Rigby, and Idaho Falls.
