Real Estate: Sales Prelicense Module 1: PR001 Both Module 1 and Module 2 are required for the Idaho real estate license. Module 1 focuses on the regulatory structure for Idaho real estate, real estate terminology, real estate math, and includes an array of issues including how property is held, community property, Idaho agency law, title research, liens and much, much more. Course includes a 75 question multiple choice exam. Each student will need a calculator an HP10bll or HP10bll+, which will also be required for Module 2. Credits: 45. Course fee includes outline, but textbooks must be purchased separately. These courses are offered at ISU by the Idaho Falls Real Estate School.

Real Estate: Sales Prelicense Module 2: PR002 Module 2 is designed for real estate students that have completed Module 1 (but one can take Module 2 first) and teaches practical form completing, negotiating a contract, and marketing a listing. You will get hands-on experience with closing statements by a local title company so you will better understand the real estate sales process. Course includes a 75 question multiple choice exam. Each student will need a calculator an HP10bll or HP10bll+, which will also be required for Module 2. Credits: 45. Course fee includes outline, but textbooks must be purchased separately. These courses are offered at ISU by the Idaho Falls Real Estate School.
