Yoga for Grief and Loss
In this class you will explore how the emotions caused by grief are present within your body. You will move through a cycle of transformational healing to gain awareness and release pain and struggle. This allows you to surrender and create peace and joy in your life again. Grief Yoga focuses on emotional liberation more so than physical flexibility. This class is beneficial for all types of grief, loss, and trauma. No prior yoga experience is needed. Taught by a certified yoga instructor and certified grief yoga instructor.
