Come learn about and enjoy the wonderful world of sourdough. This class is for the novice and the experienced sourdough baker. We'll discuss the care and feeding of a sourdough start and make one. Sourdough culture can be used in many more recipes than the traditional round artisan loaf of bread. Come try some new recipes and discuss how to use sourdough culture in a variety of recipes. This class is offered at two separate times.
Class fee: $6 to be collected the day of class.
