Participants will delve into various aspects of holistic living, including nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. We'll discuss how our area of focus changes throughout life and how each area affects another. You will be equipped with practical strategies to cultivate balance and harmony in your life. To end, we'll go through a short workout based on functional movements that we use daily. No equipment is needed."
