The attendees will leave with a better understanding of the entire real estate process.  This class will be a short presentation followed by open Q&A.   The session includes how to prepare your property for sell, including downsizing and de-personalizing.  What to expect during the sales process will be covered --from pricing to listing to acceptance of an offer, and even the steps of the escrow process of finalizing the sale and receiving the funds.  For the buyer side of the process, there will be information on the loan process.  Finally, there will be a brief description of reverse mortgage.
