Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, as every move can be modified to fit the student’s needs. Strengthen and Lengthen barre classes entail low impact exercises full of isometric and static moves to work all of the little muscles that don't always get utilized. Classes may be held using the barre for balance or an assist while performing a range of strengthening exercises. A great class if you are recovering from an injury, pregnant or post-natal, or just want a new way to workout. You must bring grip socks to every class.
