Spring is for sweets. The following sections will introduce you to popular spring desserts you can recreate and enjoy throughout the year. Must be 18+ to attend.

SECTION 1 –Snow Lady
This no-bake dessert is filled with whipping cream and fresh fruit, very beautiful and delicious! A classic Snow Lady is white and you will also learn to make colorful Snow Ladies. When you realize how easy and fun they are to make, it will be a must-have for your next gathering.

SECTION 2 – Crème Brûlée and Caramel Flan
These two desserts use an easy recipe that requires only 5 ingredients. That simple combination of ingredients creates the most wonderful creamy custard that has a silky texture and rich vanilla flavor. So come and make it your favorite homemade dessert!
