This class is for people who have and use a sourdough culture and are ready to advance their sourdough repertoire. Sourdough culture can be used in many more recipes than the traditional round artisan loaf of bread. Come try some new recipes and discuss how to use sourdough culture in a variety of recipes. A handout will be emailed prior to class, please print and bring to class.
