How can I determine the health of my soil?  This is an interactive, hands on class where we will evaluate and analyze a soil sample giving you a few valuable tools and simple test that you can perform at home  on your own garden soil to evaluate your soils health allowing you to  choose a more organic management practice by putting valuable plants called "cover crops" to work  to build the health of your garden soil
