Borsch is a hearty soup popular in several Eastern European countries. Typical borsch is made from meat or bone stock and sautéed vegetables, with cabbage and beetroot as the main ingredients. Borsch is one of those soups that has dozens of variations. In this class, our instructor will share her family recipe for this delicious beet soup. As a bonus, you will learn how to make Russian pierogies with meat or fruit filling.
