Tour the Ashcraft potato farm before the harvest in Hamer, Idaho, and enjoy homemade potato recipes. Cosette has fed her family around potatoes for many years. She has many favorite potato recipes. She would love to share her knowledge of potatoes along with her favorite recipes. She will demonstrate recipes and have samples on hand. We will go into the field and dig some fresh potatoes, so if you would like to participate, wear appropriate clothes and shoes. We will meet in the southeast end of the Fred Meyer's parking lot by AutoZone at 1:00 p.m. and carpool to Hamer. We will have samples so eat a light lunch before you come.
