These dresses are fun to make and donate. Enjoy completing a garment which will delight any child. Supplies will be available or bring your own 2-30 inch or longer lengths of coordinating wide double-fold bias tape, 2-6 inch pieces of 1/4 inch wide elastic, scissors, pins, safety pins, coordinating thread, and optional - coordinating trim.
