PI Day is the celebration of the number 3.14159265359 and is celebrated on March 14 (which is 3/14) at 15 (which in military time is 3 pm). On this date we celebrate PI by eating pie. It's just that simple. A math joke where we get to eat desserts! Bring your favorite pie to share with the group and we'll kick back and chat! Remember there are alternate forms of pie like pizza pie! So, bake at home, or pick up something on your way over. (Yes, you could bring ice cream as pie "a la mode" is tasty!) Beer and wine will be available for purchase by those who are interested. Gretchen will provide plates, forks, and spoons!
