The OSHA 10-hour training course provides entry-level workers with a basic overview of workplace safety and health hazards, focusing on recognition, avoidance, and prevention. It’s a voluntary program that also covers workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file an OSHA complaint. The course is offered in two main versions:


OSHA 10 General Industry and OSHA 10 Construction.
