Online Self-Paced PLC Course

Learn more about Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) through a self-paced computer-based program which allows you to work at a comfortable pace. This online program introduces PLC theory while maintaining an emphasis on their application in industrial control systems. 

The material integrated into this program is based on the Automation Direct BRX PLC and the Do-More programming software. The course material includes logic gates, Boolean algebra, ladder logic, electrical safety, and wiring PLC I/O cards. Students receive a lab kit with a PLC and related hardware and software. The lab kit requires a deposit of $300, which will be refunded upon return of the lab kit. The course was developed by industry experts and provides a unique opportunity to learn about Programmable Logic Controllers. Weekly technical support sessions are available for any questions that may arise during the course.
