Are you ever curious about some greens in the grocery store?  Now you can find out.  Microgreens are older than sprouts abut younger than spring greens.  They are grown in soil and often have more nutrition than the mature vegetable.  Radish, broccoli, sunflower, bean, peas, kale, and cabbage are just some of the micro greens grown in Ammon.
