Join us for this event and hear professionals speak on mental health issues in our community. Get informed about local mental health resources.

National Mental Health Awareness Week is October 1-7, 2023. Idaho State University’s Continuing  Education and Workforce Training will host Mental Health Awareness Week events on October 2-5, 2023 with Best, LLC hosting events on October 6 & 7. 

ISU Continuing Education and Workforce Training classes are free to attend. This year’s courses feature a selection of professional guest speakers from our area. Topics include Food, Insecurity and Mental Health, It’s OK Not to be Ok, and PTSD in Veterans. 

Best, LLC will host a full-day Mental Health Symposium for professionals on Friday, October 6, 2023. & 7 CEUs will be available (including 1 ethics CEU). Scholarships are available. A complete list of sessions is listed below. All ISU sessions will be held at the ISU RFC Building #48 777 Memorial Drive Room 108 or Room B1-66. 

The Symposium will be held at Chubbuck City Hall and the Fun Run will be at the Portneuf Wellness Complex.
