    SECTION 1- Meditation 101: Introduction to the Power of Meditation

    Discover the positive effects of meditation on your mind, body, and soul. Learn the basics of meditation and how it can enhance your overall well-being as well as practical ways to make meditation a part of your everyday life. Don’t miss this opportunity to start your meditation journey!

    SECTION 2- 7 Habits For Enhancing Mental Fitness

    Remember last winter???? Did you struggle with maintaining your mental health? - This two-hour seminar introduces students to the power of creating habits and making lifestyle changes as they work to achieve optimum mental health - especially if they have experiences with depression or anxiety. Participants are given 7 effective habits to adopt on their mental fitness journey and help them prepare for whatever comes their way… even another long winter!

    SECTION 3- Establishing a Powerful Self-Care Routine

    A well-established self-care routine can prevent burnout, physical and mental breakdowns, and improve our health and productivity! Workshop participants will learn the importance of self-care and will spend time creating a routine that will fit with their schedule as well as learn ways to successfully implement new routines into their life during this two-hour workshop
