Leadership from a Distance
With the shift to remote and hybrid work in many organizations over the past several years, there has never been a more challenging time to be a leader. Join us for this eight-week course to explore “leadership from a distance,” with new insights and the latest research on delivery and receiving feedback, motivating others, communicating, and fostering employee well-being where opportunities for face-to-face conversations are limited. 20 face-to-face contact hours via Zoom, plus opportunities for supplemental learning activities asynchronously.
