Mindfulness meditation is an ancient practice now being used for its physical and emotional benefits, especially for those of us who are older. Join Tony and Paula Seikel in learning about mindfulness meditation in this one-day workshop. We will discuss the various forms of mindfulness meditation and scientific evidence of the health benefits gained from practicing. Participants should wear comfortable clothes so they can sit and walk easily.
