Cooking Indian food is often looked upon as too complicated to cook at home. It is not so. If variety is the spice of life, then Indian cooking fits the maxim. Dishes are a beautiful blend of spices giving each creation its distinct flavor and taste. Must be 18+ to attend.

SECTION 1 – CHICKEN DHANSAK
Is a popular Indian curry based on the Dhansak Parsi dish, but adopted for the Indian palate. The dish is a mildly spiced marriage of chicken and creamy lentils in a thick sweet and sour sauce, served over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.

SECTION 2 – PALAK CHICKEN
This is a delicious North Indian chicken recipe that brings together tender chicken pieces and an onion-tomato based gravy, simmered with spinach leaves. It is mildly spiced and the sauce is thickened with pureed or powdered cashew nuts. A very popular dish at Indian restaurants.

SECTION 3 – GOAN PORK VINDALOO
Vindaloo is one of the most popular spicy curries, however, as with all Indian dishes you can adjust the heat to your taste. Vindaloo comes from the Goa region of India, which used to be a Portuguese colony. The dish is based off of a Portuguese pork with vinegar and garlic stew, modified
for the Goan palate with hot spices.
