In this class you will learn an approach to overall wellness. We will talk about nutrition, specifically balancing a healthy plate for optimal blood sugar regulation and eating in a way that supports OUR health and not our neighbors. But also moving and exercising in a way that is best for each individual. We’ll also be discussing sleep optimization, stress management mindset and environmental toxins. This class is taught by a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with special training in Autoimmune therapy and an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach.
