This class is about the Peterson Project, a housing cooperative sponsored by Habitat for Humanity. It will include 73 housing units for first-time home buyers. It will be built near the soccer fields on West Broadway, Idaho Falls. It is a hybrid between renting and owning in which the buyer builds 100% equity from affordable monthly payments on an interest free loan.
