Positive results from meditating are supported by many studies.  Studies at Harvard University and The National Institute of Health, among others, have shown that meditation helps to reduce pain. Pain diminishes the quality of life.  Most of us want to escape from pain, whether it’s physical, mental or emotional. I am offering you a guided meditation for pain relief.  I will be speaking throughout the meditation, leading you through various meditative techniques to help release your pain.  Whether you are new to meditation or have a regular meditation practice, come join me and see if meditation can help relieve your pain. Come and get comfortable, relax and allow yourself to use the power of your mind to help reduce or let go of your pain.
