Learn to make popular and beloved Greek dishes with one of our Greek cooking courses.

Section 1 - Tiropita with Greek Dill Salad

Tiropita is a classic Greek food that is made of buttery crispy filo and some type of cheese filling.  It works well as an appetizer, a side dish, or a fun snack!  This class will teach you hot to work with filo dough and also how to fill the pastry with either cream cheese or with a mixture of cheeses.  As the tiropita bakes, you will make a variation of a Greek Salad called "Maroulo Salata"

Section 2 - Keftedes (Greek Meatballs) with Tzatziki

Keftedes are Greek meatballs that are loaded with flavor and fresh herbs.  Crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.  This class will teach you how to make these meatballs with a side of tzatziki to dip the meatballs in.

Section 3 - Baklava Rolls

Baklava is a classic dessert made of layers of filo dough butter, honey, and nuts.  In this class you will lean how to work with filo dough, how to make the honey syrup and how to make the filling of chopped nuts.  This delicious recipe is perfect for the holidays!
