MULTI-SESSION - This 4-week class will help you feel better in your body and make new friends in a beautiful resort-like setting. Have fun while improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and muscular strength in a gentle yoga class focused on functional movement. This class also includes mindfulness, grounding, meditation, and breathwork to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for your day. Chair based options are offered throughout this class. Additional props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and weights are available to use in this practice. This class meets on Thursdays, February 6, 13, 20, & 27. $25 fee if for all 4 classes.
