Fungi: Basic Biology and Introduction to Mushroom Identification

This course will cover the basic guidelines for a safe and successful hunt for wild fungi. We will discuss identification of edible mushrooms and how to recognize toxic fungi. The focus of this presentation will be on fall mushrooms in Southeast Idaho.
