Did you know that a poor diet accounts for more deaths than smoking? High consumption of processed meats, red meat, ultra-processed foods, sugar-sweetened beverages, and trans fatty acids account for about half of diet-related deaths. Low intake of fiber and high consumption of sodium cause the other half. In this class you will make and taste delicious plant-based dishes, with new recipes, using whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, which can help you maintain or improve your health.
