We will be experiencing Red Thread Circles of releasing what is not working in our lives and bringing in energy that reminds us (takes us to consciousness) who we truly are. This process is about using a canvas or watercolor paper as a portal to place our expression. No painting experience is necessary. We will be painting to bring out our natural creativity. This is a fun way of putting us in our best energy and go home with 3 paintings from the 3 mini workshops given in our 6 week course. All supplies are included! Bring a pain apron or shirt. Bring a yoga mat for breathing.
