From the comfort of your own kitchen, learn the basic concepts of thickening sauces with a rue and apply that to everyone’s favorite dish…macaroni and cheese. This class will be taught online, with our experienced instructor teaching from our kitchen directly to you at home! Students will need access to a computer and internet connection. An ingredient list will be provided to students prior to the start of class and must be purchased by each attendee.
