This class will encompass basic self-defense, such as grabs, holds, chokes, hair pulling, basic strikes, ground self-defense, preventative measures, and much more. Advanced protection, such as defense in a vehicle, against weapons, the RAT system (Rapid Assault Tactics) as taught to the Navy SEAL Team Six by Paul Vunak and Thomas Cruse, and much more.
