
CNA Restorative Aide
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registered Apprenticeship Program at Idaho State University is a competency-based training program that combines paid, hands-on experience with classroom-related instruction. Approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, this earn-while-you-learn opportunity provides progressive training through specialty pathways. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, participants receive a nationally recognized Certificate of Completion, positioning them for long-term success in the healthcare field.
Apprenticeship requirements:
• 180 hours of classroom instruction
o 120 hours from initial CNA coursework
o 60 hours Restorative Aide online course
• 2,000 hours On the Job Learning
This is currently a restricted course, an access code is required for registration.
