Childbirth Education - Online Course

NURTURED MAMA – NATURAL BIRTH
A 4-phase Live-online master class supporting couples wanting a sensible, mindful, low-intervention birth.

Each live-online session is 3-hours and is taught by a fun, engaging instructor certified in natural childbirth and with decades of experience teaching hundreds of expectant couples worldwide.

Altogether, this course teaches healthy pregnancy practices in addition to preparations for labor and birth.   Every session provides keen super hero training for coaches on ways to support and advocate for mom and the new baby.  The last session empowers couples in ways to care for the newborn immediately after birth, with breastfeeding as well as stress management strategies given for postpartum.

Mastering Your Labor & Birth Preparation “My due date is coming.  Quick! Help me get ready!”

Session II

Managing Your Contractions & Basic Labor Support “I’m in labor!  Help my coach and I know how to do this?”

Session III

Pushing Your Baby Out with Minimal Trauma “I’m nervous! Tell me and my coach how to birth with the least trauma to my baby and me.”

Session IV

Enjoying Your Baby; Dealing with Postpartum “I did it! How do I best advocate for my new baby plus make it through these next weeks?”
