Chair Yoga (Tuesdays)

Description Registration

This class is being taught by a different instructor this year.  The goal is to increase your flexibility, balance, and strength while using correct breathing.  Each session starts with relaxation and stretching, then strengthening exercises using a different method each week (weights, band, or balls), then some simple yoga poses and ends with relaxation.  Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs and blankets are available for use. This class will meet on Tuesdays for the month of March on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 246th. Cost is $25.
