Dr. Trost is well known in the circles of the Portneuf Valley Audubon Society.  He is an Emeritus Professor of Biology at Idaho State University.  Chuck Trost has made many trips since his retirement, including several places in South America, Thailand, India, China, Africa, Madagascar to further his interest in birds and other wildlife. 

Chuck traveled to Ethiopia for two weeks last November.  In his presentation, he will share his travelogue and pictures of his trip, which included the sightings of 480 plus species of birds and a pack of highly endangered Ethiopian Red Wolves.
