This will entail the basics of martial arts, from how to stand, how to move, blocking, striking, joint locks and a little ground fighting. It will also include understanding how to avoid a confrontation.
 This class will not be style specific, but focus on general basics and drills.  Good for learning how to defend yourself, self esteem, confidence and exercise.  If you are a novice this class will be good to get you started on your martial arts journey, armed with an idea of what works.  If you have some experience, this class would be good to help perfect your basics again.  If you are well seasoned, this class may expose you to some new ideas about why and how we do what we do.
