Yoga
This invigorating workout tones your muscles, strengthens your spine, improves balance and increases your flexibility to build a strong foundation for total body health! Bring a yoga mat, yoga block, towel or blanket, and a cloth belt or tie measuring 1½ yards. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
You will need to bring your own water as there is not a drinking fountain available.
