MULTI-SESSION - This 4-week class is designed to calm your mind and improve focus, mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and address principles of alignment. It is appropriate for all levels of experience including beginners and will be held in a beautiful resort-like setting. Each of the 4 classes has a different anatomical focus including neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Flow segments focus on integrating breath with movement, forming a mind-body connection, and being in the present moment. Options are given to make poses more advanced or more basic. Students may break a sweat if wanted or can take a gentler pace. Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs and blankets are available for use to support your practice. This class meets on Monday February 3, 10, 17, & 24. $25 fee is for all 4 classes.
