This course is designed for the real estate student who has a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts of real estate. It is a study of the knowledge and applied skills involved in the listing, selling, buying and closing of residential property. Emphasis is placed on agency relationships, the Idaho Real Estate License Law and Rules, identifying personal and professional goals, and related real estate activities. The completion of this course and its prerequisite will satisfy the pre-license educational requirement for a salesperson's license. PREREQUISITE: Real Estate Module I.
