Origami Simple Kusudama
In the first class, you will learn to fold a simple unit. You will choose a set of 30 matching squares with a colorful print. You will then have two weeks to complete 30 matching units. In the second class, we will fit your units into a beautiful sphere that you will cherish and display in your home, or perhaps you will present it to someone as a gift. The word ‘Kusudama’ literally means ‘prayer ball’ or ‘medicine ball’. If you have someone in mind who could use some positive support, you can mindfully create your Kusudama as a truly meaningful gift of love and support.
Snow Crystals Fused Glass
Choose glass from a variety of shapes and colors that you arrange on a grid to create a beautiful geometric snow crystal a max of 8 inches in diameter. Follow a pattern or create your own design to make a unique crystal to hang in a window or on a tree. The project design will be completed during class, fused by the instructor and ready for pick-up one week later.
Christmas Cards
We will be making greeting cards using stamps, dies, and embellishments.
Polymer Clay Beads
Learning to make and decorate polymer clay beads and using them to make a keychain!
Fused Glass Christmas Candle
Decorate a pre-cut fused glass piece to create a beautiful Christmas themed piece with candles and poinsettias. You’ll be using fused glass of varied shapes and sizes to create a unique gift for yourself or someone else in time for the holidays.
