1. President
   1. The President is elected at the Annual Meeting by the general members for a one-year term. This continues the three (3) year commitment serving one-year as President-Elect, one-year as President, and a final year as Past President.
2. President – elect
   1. The President-elect is elected at the Annual Meeting by the general members for a one-year term. This begins a three (3) year commitment serving one-year as President-Elect, one-year as President, and a final year as Past President.
3. Past President
   1. The Past President is an unelected Officer of the Board of Directors. This completes a three (3) year commitment having served a year as President-Elect, a year as President, and the final year as Past President.
4. Secretary
   1. The Secretary is elected at the Annual Meeting by the general members for a one-year term. 
5. Treasurer
   1. The Treasurer is elected at the Annual Meeting by the general members for a one-year term.
6. Directors-at-large
   1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a three-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting. One of the three (3) Directors-at-Large positions is filled annually to provide continuity on the Board of Directors.
7. Curriculum Chair
   1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting. This continues the three (3) year commitment serving one-year as Curriculum Co-Chair, one-year as Curriculum Chair, and a final year as Curriculum Past-Chair.

   7a. Curriculum Co-Chair (Job Description)

   1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting. This continues the three (3) year commitment serving one-year as Curriculum Co-Chair, one-year as Curriculum Chair, and a final year as Curriculum Past-Chair.

   7b. Curriculum Catalog Composer (Job Description)

   1. Job Classification: temporary paid position with 1099 reporting.
8. Social
   1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting.
9. Publicity
   1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting.
10. History
    1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting.
11. Travel
    1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting.
12. Electronic Communication
    1. Appointed by the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, at the first Board Meeting following the Annual Meeting.
