Women's Luncheon
Women's Lunch is for all FFL women who enjoy getting together monthly at a local restaurant. We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month and take turns choosing the restaurant and hosting the event. Email reminders are sent to participants confirming the date, time and selected restaurant. Camaraderie and friendships are being formed during this monthly gathering. NOTE: You will not be able to register for this class ONLINE after the start date of this class. Please call the ISU office at 208-282-3372 and ask them to add you to the class.
Line Dancing at the Senior Center
This class is designed to be lots of fun with a variety of dances and music. Basic line dance steps, step patterns and rhythms will be taught and reviewed. This will help with memory and coordination, so you will get both physical and mental exercise. This class is for guys and gals, and you do not need a partner. Please bring water if desired.
Book Club
Meet each month on the 2nd Wednesday to talk about a book chosen by the group to read. Bring a snack to share. We will be in the Public Library in meeting room #2.

Progressive Kayaking with Pocatello Parks & Recreation
This class is suitable for beginners or for those out of practice. The first session we’ll paddle on flat water and the second session will be on a section of the Portneuf river. Location to be determined based on water quality and level. Equipment and transportation to launch site included. Inflatable kayaks, paddles and life jackets will be provided. NO discount for your own gear, you must have current invasive species sticker on your kayak. Note: when paddling an inflatable kayak, you will get wet!

New Day and Helping People with Disabilities in East Idaho
This will be a tour of New Day Products. For over 50 years, New Day’s mission has been to help people in Southeast Idaho with developmental and other disabilities to find employment and access to resources. This is a non-profit program, meaning that any profits made go directly toward supporting participants and the community.
