Wasden Archaeological Find

Recently, the Museum of Idaho received a donation of more than 80,000 artifacts found in a series of caves west of Idaho Falls. The collection contains archaeological finds dating back 14,000 years, most famously including Columbian mammoth, bison, and camel remains along with Folsom points. Also included are human-made artifacts such as a millennia-old dolls head made of clay and feathers. Learn about the new collection describing this find.
