Learn how to make delectable and well-known Peruvian dishes!  We will also discuss the history of Peruvian cuisine.

Section 1:

May 15th   from 6pm-8pm: Papa Rellena (Stuffed Potato), is mashed potatoes stuffed with minced or ground seasoned beef, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, raisins  (optional), olives, boiled egg, and Peruvian spices. It is pan-fried until it’s golden on the outside. Like most creole dishes, it’s accompanied with salsa criolla.

Section 2:

May 22nd from 6pm-8pm: Causa limena?, is layered mashed potato with chicken salad and garnished with olives, egg, and red bell pepper. Made with Peruvian yellow pepper and yellow potatoes or Yukon potatoes, this dish is hearty and worth making over and over again.
