This two-hour seminar introduces students to the power of creating habits and making lifestyle changes to treat a depressed brain. Participants are given 7 effective habits to adopt on their journey toward improved mental fitness and a variety of resources to help them be successful in their continued efforts to better understand causes and treatments of depression and anxiety.
